Lisa’s Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2/3 cup flour
5 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes , 14 ounce bag
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together flour, coconut, and salt.
Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until well blended.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray the parchment with non-stick cooking spray. Scoop 1 tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake at 350℉ for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are set and the coconut is toasted.
After baking, immediately remove cookies from the baking sheet and place on a rack to cool.
