Ingredients

2 eggs
4 Tbsp. sugar
200 grams flour
200 grams cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. aguardiente (or hard liquor)
1/2 cup tea (coconut milk)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
sugar
cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.

Heat oil in a skillet, place spoonfuls of dough into the oil, and fry until golden.

Remove from pan and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Coat with sugar and cinnamon.
