Cookies and Cream Cookies

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups butter
1 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups OREO® Cookies (crushed)
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

Pre-heat the oven 350 degrees F., and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

In the bowl of a stand mixer (or with an electric mixer), mix together the butter and sugars.

Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.

Add the flour, salt, and baking soda and beat on low speed until combined. Stir in the Oreos and chocolate chips.

Roll the cookie dough into 1 1/2-inch balls and place 3-inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until just set in the center (they should look totally cooked, but you do not want to overbake! Overbaked cookies will be dry and hard).
