Melting Moments Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
1/2 cups corn starch
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornstarch and salt.

In another bowl, mix butter and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Add in vanilla exract.

Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until everything is well blended. Chill the dough for half an hour.

Preheat oven to 350F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make mini balls from the dough and place on the baking sheet leaving about 1-inch space.

Bake for 13 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.

Pour half of the powdered sugar on a baking sheet and place the cookies on it. Then sift the other half of powdered sugar on cookies.
