Granola Biscotti
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tbs almond extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup granola
1 cup almonds, sliced and toasted
Directions
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and almond extract, beating until smooth. Add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, then fold in granola and almonds. Divide dough in half and shape each part into a log about 4 inches wide and 3/4 inch high. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 25 minutes then let cool for 10 minutes. Slice each loaf into 3/4 inch slice. Put the slices back into the oven at 275F and bake for another
