Cinnamon Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 eggs
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly butter an 8″ square pan. Melt chocolate
and butter together over very low heat; set aside. In medium bowl,
beat eggs with wire whisk, until light. Beat in sugar, salt and
vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate mix, then flour and cinnamon.
Fold in pecans. Pour into pan. Bake about 25 minutes or until tested
done. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting into
squares.
