Chocolate & White Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
2/3 cup milk
Directions
Beat melted butter or margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition, Add vanilla, beat in sifted flour with baking powder, salt, alternating with milk
Grease an flour a cookie sheet. Drop by tablespoons about 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven 10 minutes. Test with a cake tester or toothpick to see if done. Cool. Ice one half with white frosting the other half with chocolate frosting. About 24 cookies.
