Penuche Icing
Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar (to 2 cups), sifted
Directions
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add brown sugar. Boil over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring.
Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring.
Cool to lukewarm.
Gradually add powdered sugar. Beast until thick enough to spread.
