Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 t brown sugar replacement
1 egg
1/2 t vanilla extract
2 T broken pecan pieces
1 c coconut flour
dash salt
1 t baking powder
2 T water

Directions

With an electric mixer cream butter, sugar.

Add egg and beat well.

Add vanilla, nuts, mix slightly.

Add flour, salt, baking powder, and water well.

Shape into a roll about 1 1/2 in. in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap refrigerate over night.

Cut in 1/4 in. slices. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 375 for 8-10 minutes.
